Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Pets on ongoing medication are asked to have health checks with the vet every 6 months. Should your pet be due for a revisit, we will let you know.

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. Within the Prescription Details field we would ask you to state the medication name and strength, current dose rate and how much/many you would like to pick up (as per your previous medication label). We will let you know when it’s ready for collection, so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule.
