Stones Corner Vet has grown and needs another Veterinarian to join our fun and supportive team. 

About the role 

Stones Corner Vet appreciates that work-life balance is essential. We close at 6pm weeknights and 1pm on Saturday.? One of our current vets is happily working all the Saturday shifts, so your weekends will be free! Our clinic refers all afterhours so that you are never on-call and never work public holidays or Sundays.  

Whilst we’d love an experienced vet to hit the ground running, our clinic offers support with multiple vets rostered on and regular round-tables to discuss cases. Our nursing team is experienced and ready to support you in your treatment plans. Because of this, returning to work, semi-retired, and recently graduated Veterinarians are encouraged to apply.? Currently, we can offer a minimum of 20 hrs/wk, and we can be flexible for the right candidate.? Come on in and tell us what will work for you, and we’ll see what we can do. Renumeration is above award and can be negotiated during the interview. 

About the clinic 

We have been an integral part of the community for over 40 years. Being an independently owned clinic, we are proud to offer personalised service and the standard of care that our own pets deserve.? Our clients are loyal and appreciate seeing familiar faces at each visit as we have a very low staff turnover. 

We offer Ascend (cloud-based RxWorks), IDEXX in-house blood and urine lab, IMAGYST in-house faecal and cytology lab, digital radiography, IM3 dental with digital dental x-rays and regularly see visiting specialists for orthopaedic surgery, internal medicine/ultrasounds and cardiology.
